Once the application package is complete, and the applicant turns 18, they will be linked to services when they become available. We recommend that you/they contact their area DSO once a year, in the month of the applicant’s birthday or anytime, to update their file, even if their circumstances have not changed.
If you/they have submitted an online application, we recommend updating the information on your/their online account.
