Here’s what you will need to do to complete the application package:
- Get 2 people together that know you well to be with you at the meetings. They could be a teacher, caregiver, or guardian.
- The application package has to be completed by a DSO staff person because they are qualified to do it and they have to get to know your needs so they can match you to the correct services.
- You will have to book 2 meetings to complete the application package. Each meeting could take up to 3 hours to get through all the questions.
